Source Code: GPL version 2 or later
Schematic: Creative Common, name required, non commercial (CC BY-NC 3.0 DE)

Warnings:
LEDs are bright. Do not look directly into them (when turned on).
UV light might not be seen, but may be harmful.
Do not use a solar cell which can generate more than 5.5V -> damage of electronics
Do not use a solar cell which can generate a current, which is above the allowed continue charge rate of the battery.

Errors:
The polyfuse F1 has a too high resistance, resulting in a too low current for the step-up converter. Replace by a common fuse.
Low rated fuses like 500mA have the same problem -> requires a fuse with a higher rate than necessary for the expected current.
Use 2.5A fuse in an external fuse holder (or modify the pcb).

This contains the source for the white LED variant, but the schematic is still for the color variant.
The changed parts described at the end of the partlist should be applied to the schematic to reduce the voltage to 3.5V.
Otherwise the low voltage detection in the software wont work as expected.
